How Can I Apply for An EcoMedical Membership Plan?

Click on the SIGN UP button on the website, which takes you to the different membership plans and the benefits.  Select and click on your choice.  You will then be asked to fill in the information on the form that will open to you. After filling the form as required and you submit, a message will be sent to your email, then you are on your way to becoming a EcoMedical member.

What Is the Difference Between the Membership Plans?
Each membership plan has its own benefits, which is different from the benefits of other membership plans. You can check out the different membership plans here.
Who Do I Call to Get My New EcoMedical Membership Card?
You are able to activate your new or replacement membership card by logging onto the EcoMedical website (ecomedical.africa) and following the below steps:
  1. From the landing page, select “Card”.
  2. Then select the “Activate card” button. The system will trigger a one-time PIN (OTP) process, which you will need to enter and then click submit.
  3. Once the OTP has been submitted, you must accept the terms and conditions disclaimer and click on the “activate” button.
  4. You will be asked if you want to activate Online Secure, by choosing “yes” or “no”.
Can I Activate My EcoMedical Membership Card Online?
Your card will always come activated; you will only have to change your pin online for your security.
Do I Need to Change My Bank to Get an Ecomedical Membership Card?
No, you may stay in your bank if you wish, but all transaction will be done through Ecobank, as this is the official bank to EcoMedical.
When Will I Receive My Card?

After all verification is being made and payment for joining fee is confirmed on our system, you will be sent a confirmation letter acknowledging the receipt of your application and on process. This will take 2 weeks.

What Happens If I Lose My Card?
You may apply for a card replacement, which normally takes a week. A replacement fee will be required where necessary.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply sign in to your account, and click on the cancel membership. A form with which you will have to state reason why you want to cancel your membership must be filled. Please ensure that you click Submit to complete the cancellation. Your membership will remain active until your current billing period ends.

Can I Use the Membership Card If I Am Not Registered on Your Database?

No, the card is only used at designation points, where EcoMedical has contract. When you register, your details will first be verified against existing records in the database. This data comes from EcoMedical’s Head Office central system and is affiliated to all our service providers across the globe. If your details do not appear on their system, chances are you have not been captured on the database, so you cannot use EcoMedical’s products.

Can I Add or Change the Beneficiary on My EcoMedical Membership Plan?
Yes you can, you only have to notify us by sending us a mail request an addition or change of beneficiary, state your reason and our team will take it up from there
How Do I Update My Details in Case of Any Change in Status?

There is an update form in your account page “Membership Update Form”. Click on the tab and the form where your details are will pop up for your use. When you are done with your update please ensure you click on “Submit” so your update can be captured.
